Girish Pant, a true humanitarian and social worker, has once again gone above and beyond to help someone in need. When Virender arrived in Dubai on a visitor visa given by Indian agent for job purpose. He fell victim to a fraudulent agent (Indian agent) who promised him work but left him with nothing but mental distress. Admitted to a psychiatric hospital and with no friends or relatives to turn to, the hospital authorities reached out to Mr. Pant for help.

Thanks to Mr. Pant’s quick action and the assistance of the Consulate, an outpass and ticket were arranged for Virender, who was unable to remember his passport details and luggage due to memory loss. The agent when reached out by Mr. Pant and the Consulate, refused to give Virender’s passport, bag and other details. Then, Mr. Pant personally discharged him from Al Awir Psychiatric Hospital at 4am on 6th April and escorted Virender to the airport, even connecting him with a fellow passenger, and secured the necessary documents from Immigration Terminal 2.

Thanks to Mr. Pant’s selfless efforts, Virender was reunited with his family on 6th April in Lucknow, who were overjoyed to have him back after months of separation. This is just one of the many instances where Mr. Pant has lent a helping hand to those in need. With over thousands of people, not only from UAE but from sll parts of the world, successfully sent home, Mr. Pant truly embodies the spirit of compassion and generosity.
